SUB-PROCESSORS
1. Introduction
Sorvago uses the following third-party services ("sub-processors") to deliver platform features. We require all sub-processors to protect your data and comply with applicable privacy laws. This list is updated when we add or change sub-processors. Material changes are communicated to subscribers before they take effect.
Google (YouTube API)
Channel data access, video upload, and analytics. Receives OAuth-authorized YouTube channel data.

Anthropic
Anthropic Claude API powering Intelligence analysis and script generation. Receives prompts and inputs you submit, plus intelligence-layer queries.

ElevenLabs
Voice cloning and broadcast-grade transcription. Receives voice samples (with consent) and audio for transcription.

Subscription payment processing. Receives payment information, handled per Stripe's security standards.

Website hosting and platform for sorvago.com. Receives website visitor data, traffic and performance analytics, and sets cookies for site functionality.

2. Notes on data handling
YouTube data: Sorvago accesses YouTube channel data only through OAuth scopes you explicitly approve at consent. You can revoke access through Google Security Settings at any time.
Voice samples: Voice cloning requires explicit consent in an in-app flow. Samples are sent to ElevenLabs under their commercial OEM terms. You can request deletion at any time.
AI generation: Prompts and reference materials sent to fal.ai may be retained per fal.ai's privacy policy. Generated outputs are returned to Sorvago and stored on your machine.
Payment data: Stripe handles payment information per PCI-DSS standards. Sorvago does not store full payment information; we receive transaction confirmations and necessary tax-related data.
3. Updates
When we add new sub-processors or materially change how existing sub-processors handle data, we update this page and notify active subscribers via email at least 30 days before changes take effect (or sooner if required to address security or legal concerns).
