TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sorvago, operated by Sorvago LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By using Sorvago, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sorvago.
These Terms apply to all users, including subscribers, Wave 1 Ambassadors, and visitors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sorvago. By using Sorvago, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You must also have the right to access and use your YouTube channels (if you connect them to Sorvago).
3. Subscription Terms
Sorvago offers four subscription tiers (Amplifier, Creator, Intelligence, Full Suite) and optional per-channel add-ons. Monthly and annual billing are available.
Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Compute pricing: AI video and image generation is billed separately at 1.25× cost-plus through fal.ai. Compute charges accumulate during use; pre-pay compute credits are available with bonus.
Refund policy: Subscription refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Standard practice: full refund within 14 days of initial subscription if you have not used compute beyond reasonable trial. Compute charges are not refundable.
4. Wave 1 Ambassador Program
Wave 1 Ambassadors qualify for Lifetime status upon bringing 25 active retained subscribers to Sorvago through their Creator Code. Lifetime status is permanent and non-transferable. Lifetime status applies to Sorvago's Full Suite features only; raw compute remains pay-as-you-go.
Ambassador commission terms (cash or compute credit) are governed by the standard referral agreement provided to confirmed ambassadors.
5. Standard Referral program
Any subscriber can request a Creator Code from their dashboard. Referrer compute credit rewards are tied to the referee's active subscription. Recurring monthly compute credit applies to Intelligence and Full Suite referrals and continues only while the referee remains actively subscribed at that tier. Referral credit terminates immediately upon referee churn or tier downgrade.
6. Creator authority
Sorvago is a creator authority verification system. You — the creator — make every final decision. Sorvago does not auto-publish content. Sorvago does not modify your content without your direction. Sorvago suggests; you decide.
You are responsible for the content you create using Sorvago, including:
• Compliance with YouTube's policies and terms of service
• Compliance with applicable laws (copyright, defamation, advertising disclosure, etc.)
• Accuracy and authenticity claims you make about your content
• Appropriate AI content disclosure (click here)
7. Authenticity receipt
Sorvago generates Authenticity Receipts documenting creative decisions made during production. These receipts:
Represent: A cryptographically-signed, tamper-evident record of decisions you made at each approval gate, authenticity analysis scores at the time of production, and timestamps.
Do not represent: Legal proof of any claim beyond the recorded decisions themselves. The receipt does not guarantee YouTube monetization, channel safety, or content quality. The receipt is a record of what happened during production using Sorvago — not a legal certification.
Are yours: Receipts belong to you. You can export them, share them, or delete them. Sorvago does not transmit your receipts to third parties without your explicit action.
Sorvago provides Authenticity Receipts as-is. While we use industry-standard cryptographic signing, we make no guarantee about how third parties (YouTube, journalists, acquirers, courts) will interpret or accept them.
8. AI content generation
Sorvago provides AI content generation across video, images, scripts, and voice (with consent). You direct what Sorvago generates and you control what gets published.
You retain ownership of generated content subject to the terms of underlying AI providers (fal.ai, Anthropic, ElevenLabs). To the extent any AI provider claims rights to outputs, those terms supersede Sorvago's. We surface relevant provider terms during generation.
You are responsible for AI content disclosure on YouTube in accordance with YouTube's AI content policies. Sorvago surfaces YouTube's published enforcement patterns and provides Authenticity Receipts to substantiate creator decisions — but you remain responsible for accurate disclosure when uploading.
9. Voice cloning consent
If you use Sorvago's voice cloning features (powered by ElevenLabs):
• You represent that the voice samples you upload are yours, or you have written authorization to use them
• You consent to ElevenLabs processing the samples to create a voice model
• You consent to using the cloned voice to generate audio content under your direction
• You acknowledge that voice cloning is governed by ElevenLabs' commercial OEM terms
• You can request deletion of voice clones at any time through your account settings
• You will not use cloned voices to impersonate other individuals without consent or for any unlawful purpose

10. YouTube API Services compliance
Sorvago uses YouTube API Services to provide channel features. By using Sorvago's YouTube-connected features:
• You agree to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
• You acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy
• You authorize Sorvago to access your YouTube data per the OAuth scopes you approve at consent
• You understand you can revoke Sorvago's access through Google Security Settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
Sorvago accesses three sensitive scopes:
• YouTube account management (for video uploads and channel actions you direct)
• YouTube video upload (for uploads you direct)
• YouTube Analytics read access (for daily channel scans and Intelligence reports)
Sorvago does not modify your YouTube data without your explicit direction. Sorvago does not transfer your YouTube data to third parties for advertising or any commercial use beyond providing Sorvago features to you.
11. Sense pattern aggregation
If you opt into Sense pattern aggregation participation:
• Only aggregated patterns derived across many creators are surfaced to other Sorvago users — never your individual content, drafts, or specific creative decisions
• Raw aggregation data is retained for 30 days maximum, then deleted
• You can opt out at any time through your account settings
• Per-channel exclusion is enforced architecturally — no individual creator's specific content reaches another creator
• Early subscribers gain compounding benefit (Pioneer Consumption Asymmetry) — patterns aggregated during your active subscription become more valuable over time as the platform learns
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use Sorvago to:
• Create content that violates YouTube's policies
• Impersonate real persons or organizations without consent
• Generate content that harasses, defames, or discriminates
• Reverse engineer Sorvago, its sub-processors, or the platform architecture
• Resell access to Sorvago without authorization
• Create accounts using false information or evade account suspension
• Refer creators using deceptive practices for the purpose of earning referral rewards
13. Termination
Sorvago may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Wave 1 Ambassador Lifetime status, once activated, is permanent and is not terminated by subscription cancellation.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Sorvago is provided "as is" and "as available." While we make significant effort to ensure platform quality, we do not warrant that Sorvago will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Sorvago LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid Sorvago in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Sorvago is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, or fal.ai. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
